Daily FLAGSHIP PROGRAM

NCFIT WORKOUT

The NCFIT Workout (NCFIT) is an all encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, advanced to beginner. NCFIT is presented daily (365 days a year) with (2) versions of the workout, Performance and Fitness. The Performance version of NCFIT allows athletes to test themselves against higher complexity movements and heavier weights. The Fitness version of NCFIT provides a more approachable version of the workout with moderate skills and moderate weights. Both versions can be adjusted up or down to suit the needs of any athlete.


PROGRAMMED 7X/WEEK

  • For NCFIT WORKOUT you will need a barbell, plates, dumbbells, kettlebell, jump box, jump rope, pull-up bar, rower or bike, and a few other odds and ends commonly found in a functional training gym. You can certainly get by with less equipment but you will need to make some subs (we have you covered with a Movement Substitution chart in the Resources!).

bodybuilding

FLEX

FLEX is a functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program only available at NCFIT! Workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics. Each day will consist of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of FLEX is simple – all gains, zero stress!

FLEX workouts are designed on a 90 minute timeline.


PROGRAMMED 5X/WEEK

  • For FLEX, you will need a barbell (although you can get by without it!), plates, dumbbells, kettlebell, jump box, jump rope, pull-up bar and resistance bands. In this program, you can very easily adapt it to perform with only a few key pieces – dumbbells, resistance bands, and a pull-up bar.

    NCFIT WORKOUT: PERFORMANCE
    HIGH-SKILL LEVEL

    The PERFORMANCE LEVEL of the daily workout will be a very traditional high-skill, high-power, and high-excitement version. This level will touch on skills, loading, and volume that you expect to see daily when you pull up a badass workout. As always, this level will be easily adjustable to suit ANY level of athlete.

    NCFIT WORKOUT: FITNESS
    MODERATE-SKILL

    The FITNESS LEVEL of the daily workout will be a much more moderate version: moderate skill, moderate loading, and moderate volume (this is similar to NCX). This level will keep athletes moving and performing workouts that are more simple but highly effective. This is also a very good level to funnel teens, masters, or new athletes into functional training.

    COMPETITORS

    COMP is our Competitors Track that is a carefully balanced prescription of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for the competitor. COMP consists of 3 daily parts – A. Conditioning, B. NCFIT Workout, and C. Strength/Skill Work. Workouts a designed on a 90 minute timeframe.

  • Every NCFIT workout is written, tested, and refined by our NCFIT Programming Team. The NCFIT Programming Team consists of an elite group of NCFIT Coaches with several years of coaching experience amongst them.
